Designed to cover attic air sealing, insulation and ventilation corrections within the original work scope. An ice dam means a ridge of ice at the roof edge that holds back water—not icicles alone.
Coverage exclusions include interior leak damage, untreated roof areas, causes outside the attic, and attic modifications made after completion. Final coverage and transfer terms must be confirmed in your written agreement.
